ANSWERS, WITHOUT THE GUESSWORK
A little more
clarity.
A useful starting point before we start building together.
What does VCare2 develop?+
VCare2 develops games, apps, websites, and portals. We work on our own products for direct launch and on custom software for third-party clients.
Can you build a product from an early idea?+
Yes. Start with the problem you want to solve, the intended users, and the outcome you need. Discovery turns those inputs into a proposed scope and delivery plan.
Do you build for other businesses?+
Yes. Third-party development is part of our work, alongside independently developed products. We can discuss a new product, a website, or a custom business portal.
How much does a project cost?+
Pricing depends on scope, integrations, design complexity, platforms, and support requirements. Send a project brief to request a tailored discussion; we do not quote a fixed price without understanding the work.
How long does development take?+
A timeline is agreed after discovery. A focused first release usually has a smaller scope than a mature platform. Dependencies, content readiness, testing, and platform reviews affect delivery.
Who owns the source code and intellectual property?+
Ownership, third-party licenses, handover materials, and usage rights are defined in the signed project agreement. Discuss any ownership requirements before work starts.
Can accessibility and SEO be included?+
Yes. Accessibility and discoverability can be included in the project scope through semantic structure, keyboard support, readable layouts, metadata, and clear content. No developer can guarantee a search ranking or legal compliance solely through a website build.
Do you help with product launch and maintenance?+
Launch preparation, documentation, updates, and maintenance can be scoped with the project. Hosting, platform accounts, review fees, and ongoing support should be agreed separately.
Can you guarantee Apple or Microsoft developer approval?+
No. Developer enrollment and distribution approval are controlled by each platform. A company website supports business transparency but does not replace identity, organization, or platform verification.
Planning, delivery, and product support
What should I send before a project discussion?+
Share the problem you want to solve, the intended users, a short description of the current workflow, essential features, target devices, and any timing constraints. Sanitized examples are useful; passwords and confidential customer records are not needed for an initial inquiry.
What is the difference between a prototype and a production product?+
A prototype explores a design or technical question. A production product also needs the agreed working behavior, error handling, configuration, testing, and operating arrangements. A polished screen is not evidence that data storage, permissions, payments, or integrations are implemented.
Can you improve an existing website without redesigning it?+
An engagement can focus on content depth, navigation, usability, or technical search foundations while retaining existing branding and useful copy. The existing platform and source access affect what can be changed. The proposal defines the scope.
How do we decide what belongs in the first release?+
Start with one complete user outcome. Identify the workflow and dependencies needed to achieve it, then separate essential work from later improvements. Agree observable acceptance checks so everyone understands what a completed release means.
Does a portal need different access levels?+
When users have different responsibilities or belong to separate customer accounts, permissions should be planned explicitly. Define which records each role can access and which actions it may perform. Those rules need implementation and validation, not just different menu labels.
Can an application work without an internet connection?+
Offline behavior must be scoped by task. Local reading or editing may have different requirements from account access, licensing, updates, or synchronization. Define which actions work offline, where data is stored, and how the product behaves when connectivity returns.
What does software handover include?+
Possible handover materials include source access, setup and deployment instructions, configuration inventory, administrator guidance, dependency information, and known limitations. Actual deliverables and ownership are established in the signed agreement.
How are changes during development handled?+
A change should be described, reviewed for its effect on existing workflows and dependencies, and prioritized. The parties then agree whether it replaces scope, changes timing or price, or belongs in a later release. Avoid assuming every new request fits the original plan.
Is website privacy information the same as an app privacy policy?+
No. A company website and an application can handle information differently. The app’s policy must describe its actual data practices and services. The website privacy notice should not be treated as a substitute for product-specific disclosures.
Does SEO guarantee visibility in AI search?+
No. Useful accessible content, accurate metadata, clear links, and crawlable pages support discovery, but indexing, ranking, and inclusion in AI answers are controlled by search providers. There is no guaranteed placement or universal AI-search certification.
How do I report a software issue?+
Email info@vcare2.com with the product name, version, device or browser, steps to reproduce, expected outcome, and actual outcome. Remove sensitive information from screenshots. Product-specific support terms determine coverage and response expectations.
